All members of the BMCD team are bound by the confidentiality agreements they sign upon hiring and periodically thereafter. For highly confidential files, we enter into specific confidentiality agreements if so requested by our clients.

Professional Liability Insurance

We maintain professional liability insurance covering professional errors and negligence.

Computer Safety

We protect the integrity and confidentiality of our clients’ data against malicious intrusions through the use of specialized software, frequent operating system updates, spam filtering and daily data backups.

Finally, to ensure uninterrupted service in case of failure of our systems or shutdown of our facilities, we have put in place a disaster recovery plan.
